Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.

I.GENERAL TERMS
Commission openings are not on a schedule. They will be announced on twitter/telegram or other social media.
Please write clear and short. No walls of text, but all important information must be communicated before I start working. Failure to do so may result in further costs, if corrections on the commissions are nesseary after it's finished.
My hourly rate is 80€, but will be charged for every started half hour (so 40€ for 30mins)

II.PAYMENT
All commissions must be payed in full before work is started.
I only accept EURO payed via Paypal (or Bank Transfer in the EU)

III. PROCESS
Work In Progress pictures will be given in the Sketch-Stage, to make maximum 2 feedbackloops with you to make sure your image will turn out the way you like. Additional feedbackloops will be charged with hourly rate.
Time for your commissions to be complited can be maximum up to 3 months. If I should take longer then that, you have the right to cancel your commission and get full refund (even if i already had work done. You will get no useage right for the work done so far in that case!)

IV. SATISFACTION
I strive to make my clients happy and will do everything in my ability to create work that you will be satisfied with.
If you wish for changes in your final commissions, only small things can be done without additional fees (small coloring or marking mistakes) for bigger changes, that where not my mistake by misreading the references or similar, I will charge hourly rate. I will give you an estimate beforehand for you to agree on before I do additional work.

V. COPYRIGHT AND USAGE
As the Commissioner you are allowed to:
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use online and offline.Print the art for non commercial use, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
Following is considered break of copyright:
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.Removing any watermarks/signatures. Altering the artwork without my written consent (Except cropping for avatar use).
A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will is 300% of original price. (Includes all taxes and fees)
With commercial rights you are allowed to make and sell any sort of merch with the artwork.
Use it in books, covers, pins etc. change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.
Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.

VI. CANCEL & REFUND POLICY
I reserve the right to cancel any commission for any reason at any point in time, in this case, you will get a full refund of money already payed (minus Paypal fees)
You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment are received.
If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission without any costs.
If you abuse the paypal chargeback function against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers. You will also be put on my blacklist and I will post your name/socialmedia publicly to warn other people of you.

Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
